Please provide your order number and details of the product or service you wish to cancel.

Physical products may be eligible for cancellation in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.  Personalised products (Certs & ID Cards) are exempt from cancellation rights once production has commenced.

Digital learning products may be eligible for cancellation before digital content has been accessed. Once digital content has been accessed, cancellation or withdrawal will be limited.
